Miami is famous as a stunning city, well-known for its vibrant economy, healthy mix of cultures, and well-educated workforce. The city’s condo units and homes offered too are a stunning mix. The market is filled with offerings ranging from preconstruction condo units,single-family homes, and even foreclosed properties. The choice of where to buy, would simply depend on a prospective homeowners’ preference, whether they wish to live near the areas’ world-famous palm-fringed beaches, or settle down further inland and enjoy the modern urban comforts that the city offers.

Miami Has One Of The Richest Real Estate in The US

Currently, lofts have lately entered the mix of offerings in the Miami real estate market, as a lot of young professionals are now searching for a place to call home, that is not too big yet with enough space to complement their lifestyles and suit their preferences.

Property market experts have ranked ranked Miami beach as one of the richest and principal real estate in the United States. For the past decades, the city has devoted to generating well-off and attractive homes with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay, that are truly enviable, and the place is even more absolute with the addition of many amusement sites, galleries, cafes, restaurants, shops, and dining areas.

Prospective homeowners can definitely have fun basking in beach water sports like fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and skiing, which are just close to the places they live. According to brokers, the recorded year for the city was in 2005, when the Miami Beach property, with new construction and numbers for resold properties, were appreciating for almost 6%.

Good Places To Buy Property In Miami

- Miami Beach. This very popular destination offers stuff that most would see on a Hollywood entertainment show: Fancy restaurants and cafes, stunning nightlife, and an assortment of upscale luxury condominium developments and waterfront homes. Analysts say the magic of Miami Beach is when you plan your stay nearby the Miami Beach Marina or in luxury condominiums or lofts uptown, which are just a few minutes away from the beach.

- Aventura. Analyst see Aventura as a more terrestrial destination. Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, Aventura it is a place that has its healthy share of entertainment, theaters, restaurants, not to mention the perfect destination for shopping – Aventura Mall.

Homeowners, however, could still use marina services if they are a waterfront condo resident. Aventura is a good location for boaters, and also has many offerings for luxury condominiums and lofts.

- Coral Gables. This place is the perfect spot for lounging or for going out on long walks. Visitors usually buy stuff at its’ historic shopping district, the art galleries and residential neighborhoods, or go walking around the nearby Deering Bay Yacht Country Club.

Golfers love to choose Florida for golf vacations. But while they often flock to places like Orlando, golfers often forget that Miami, Florida is also a world-class golf package destination.

There is no denying that the area has great restaurants, non-stop nightlife, and beautiful beaches but there are also world-class golf courses. The following article points you to some of the great golf courses you should play while visiting this South Florida vacation destination.

One of the first Miami golf resorts that comes to mind is the Doral Resort & Spa. Doral and its golf courses has hosted many PGA TOUR events and LPGA events in recent years. Whether you tee it up on Doral’s Blue Monster, the Red Course, the Great White or Gold Course; you will enjoy golf at its finest and most challenging.

Another golf package must is the Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort and Club. The Fairmont Turnberry, a Mediterranean-style property set among 300 tropical acres, recently underwent a $100 million transformation. During this time world-famous golfer Raymond Floyd redesigned both championship courses completely. Both the Miller and Soffer courses are spectacular to observe and to play.

Crandon Park Golf Course of Key Biscayne is a short drive from downtown Miami and is the only public golf course in the area. This is another must-play to add to your golf vacation package. The course is longstanding-host of the Senior PGA Tour and in the past has been listed as a top ten course by Golfweek and mentioned by Golf Digest as one of America’s top 75 upscale courses.

These golf course alone are worth making sure to include South Florida to your golf destination to check-list. Think about avoiding the hot summer months unless you really want to score a agreement.

You may still have to keep an eye out for hurricanes in early Fall but the weather during in early Autumn, Winter and Spring seasons are a great time to visit Miami, Florida and play some rounds of golf.

Miami is one of the most popular destinations for holidays in the USA and has many attractions. There are plenty of Miami flights available, resulting in numerous opportunities to find great-value fares.

Miami’s subtropical climate is a major attraction. Lots of sunshine all year round makes it a particularly popular winter destination. Consequently, January to April is the peak season and not a good time to find bargain flights.

The websites provide immediate quotes for fares on particular days. If you can be flexible about departure dates and times, the websites will show you the best deals available, providing cheaper alternatives. You can then book online.

When you are booking your flight to Miami, websites are likely to provide opportunities to book accommodation, take out travel insurance and book car rental. A package deal including these can be very good value.

If possible, plan your trip to Miami well in advance in order to take advantage of any reductions for booking weeks or months ahead of departure.

For those who will also be travelling to other US destinations during a holiday or business trip, there are plenty of Miami flights from other USA airports. Airlines compete with each other on price and this results in opportunities to find low-cost connecting flights online.

Miami is a good airport at which to find cheap fares on standby. Several airlines want to fill remaining seats at short notice and therefore make them available at low cost.

Miami International Airport is South Florida’s main airport, located nine miles to the northwest of Miami. Rail connections from the airport station go to a number of destinations in and around the city. The Super Shuttle bus also provides transport to Miami’s centre.

Miami is a particularly clean and attractive city, with good air quality, clean streets and green open spaces. The city’s environment and lifestyle has attracted the rich and famous.

Once in Miami, there are plenty of things to do and enjoy. Among the variety of fantastic white beaches is South Beach. This is very popular with celebrities and has a wide range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

Miami is well-known for its shops, which range from luxury designer stores to craft shops with interesting and unusual items.

The Metrozoo is popular with children. The local warm climate makes it suitable for a very wide range of animals. And the Seaquarium offers dolphin shows.

The Monkey Jungle accommodates 30 primate species, roaming free over a 30-acre reserve. Events such as feeding time attract many of the 400 monkeys into areas where visitors can watch their interesting and amusing behaviour.

A number of museums and historical sites provide some interesting variety for visitors. These include the Bass Museum of Art, the Children’s Museum and the Museum of Science.

Water sports on and in the crystal-clear blue sea are very popular. You can watch or join in with surfing, boating and jet-skiing.

Miami is known for being culturally diverse. In Miami, you can expect the dishes to be as diverse as the people in it. Aside from the usual American favorites like hotdogs, fries, and pizza, why not enjoy something new during your stay? Miami offers Cuban cuisine and other dishes that are certain to please even the choosiest palate.

Below are some of the restaurants and the dishes they serve that you should not miss when you and your family travel to Miami.

• Joe’s Stone Crabs. If you find yourself in Miami during October 15 – May 15, also known as the stone crab season, drop by Joe’s Stone Crabs. The place has been open since 1913 and serves the delicious stone crabs with their signature mustard sauce. The only disadvantage in dining at this restaurant is that the wait time is excessively long and they do not accept reservations. If you don’t want to fall in line and wait, you can order takeout right next to the restaurant.

• Emeril’s Miami Beach. Emeril’s Miami Beach is located on 1601 Collins Avenue and people who have eaten there often have good words for the restaurant. Emeril Lagasse is one of the chefs who has his own show on The Food Network and the restaurant combines a fine dining experience with equally good food. The restaurant is perfect for sharing a meal with a special someone or a meeting with business partners.

• Porcao. The Porcao is often regarded as the best meat place in the whole of Miami. “Vegetarians Beware!” is the slogan of Porcao, and is basically a Brazilian steakhouse. A lot of user reviews praise the Feijoada dish which is served on Saturday nights, so don’t forget to stop by!

• The News Café. The News Café is a classic Miami beach café where people can sit down, enjoy the morning paper along with freshly cooked eggs, and people-watch all at the same time. Enjoy affordable food, breakfast 24 hours a day, and a great ambiance along with great desserts. The News Café is also conveniently located along Ocean Drive, the most beautiful stretch of the Miami Beach. The setback is that when its peak season, you can expect the News Café to be heavily crowded and the service not to good during these times.

• The Capital Grille. The Capital Grille is home to great steaks, seafood, and other dishes aimed to pleasing every palate out there. The place is very popular because of its excellent customer service, superior food, and its convenient location. However, compared to other restaurants, the Capital Grille is somewhat expensive and you can’t just drop by, especially during peak season. You’ll need to have a reservation first before you can eat at the Capital Grille.

• The Café Prima Pasta. The Café Prima Pasta boasts of the best pasta in Miami. Other dishes like veal and chicken are also available. The Café Prima Pasta also offers online reservations, different promos, and gift certificates as a great gift for friends and family members who would like to experience the best pasta and martinis in Miami.

• The Azul. The Azul is the place to see and be seen in Miami. The Azul is proud of its impressive wine list as well as the great view of Biscayne Bay. The ambiance is romantic, but be prepared for a hefty bill when you dine here.

Miami is one of the most popular cities in the Gulf Coast region, and is where you will find some of the most breathtaking waters in the world. There are 52 different airlines that fly to and from Miami International, including some of the most popular – and other, lesser known airlines as well.

The airline that you choose when you are planning your cheap flight to Miami can make all the difference in making sure you get the best price possible on your seats. Because some of the airlines that are well-known to the general public often dominate flights to and from Miami, you can often find a cheap Miami flight by going with an airline that you haven’t really heard about. All airlines are subjected to strict safety regulations and guidelines (which have increased greatly in the past decade) so that you can feel just as safe on a lesser-known airline as on a well-known airline. For this reason, become a smart shopper when it comes to finding cheap flights to Miami by checking out the different options that you have when it comes to airfare prices on other airlines, not just the “big” guys.

Check for package deals. If you are planning a trip to Miami for your family, you cannot go wrong when it comes to a great package deal that includes your cheap Miami flight. Many of the best package vacation deals to Miami include airfare to and from the city, rental car service once you reach Miami International Airport, and hotel accommodations or other lodging options for your trip. You can purchase most packages that include cheap Miami flights on a per-night or per person rate, and in general, the more people going, the less the cost per person or per night for each person on the trip. This is great incentive for taking more of your family with you; in fact, many people use these types of package bundles to Miami to arrange for the ultimate family reunion in the beautiful Florida sun. Either way, if it is just two people traveling or twenty people traveling, you will get cheap Miami flights when you book this way.

Avoiding flights to Miami on the weekend is also important in your strategy to locate the cheap Miami flights that you need for your trip. Weekend travel is the most expensive because there are a greater number of travelers that book weekend airfare to Miami, and return trips to Miami are more often taken on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Book your cheap Miami flight from Monday through Thursday, with the cheapest seats to be found on Monday, and rates increasing significantly each day – with the most expensive of these days being Thursday. From Friday through Sunday, ticket prices on Miami flights can be as much as forty percent more than through the week. Also, plan to return on one of the cheaper days as well, instead of opting for the traditional Sunday flight back home which can cost a lot more.

Miami is a fantastic place to take the whole family on vacation. There’s so very much to offer, we will try to glance over some highlights. Beach and off-beach locales offer a variety of fun-filled attractions and peaceful retreats to make everyone in the family happy.

A few of the beaches and Parks you may wish to visit include South Point Park, Sunny Isles Beach, Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park and Crandon Park Beach. Bill Baggs has a 19th century lighthouse while Crandon Park offers tram tours as well as bird and butterfly walks. There are great amounts of sand at each of these locations to play around in. Become a sandcastle sculptor, now wouldn’t that be a blast?! Do you like snorkeling: try Biscayne National Park. Biscayne is only an hour from downtown Miami and offers the visitor coral reefs, marine life, and even glass bottom boat tours. Everglades National Park is a wonderful 1.5 million acre subtropical wilderness that encompasses mangrove swamps and sawgrass prairies with water channels intersecting throughout. You can view much wildlife here.

Sand-less and beach-less attractions abound in Miami. Mosey on over to the Miami Children’s Museum that has a few stories of stuff for the younger crowd. There’s even a walk-in sandcastle for everyone to enjoy. The Miami Museum of Science and Planetarium has interactive exhibits. For a refreshing day together, visit the 83-acre Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden that includes self-guided children’s tours wherein at the end the kids can plant seeds to take home. Creatures beckon the visitors at the 300-acre Miami Metrozoo where adults and kids alike can meet up with white Bengal tigers, over 300 exotic birds and a petting farm. Parrot Jungle Island allows you to wile away the day through planted trails where you can see birds in their own world as well as reptiles and other animals. Miami Seaquarium has manatees, crocs and whale and dolphin shows.

The average yearly temperature in Miami is a mile 76ºF and is chocked full of world-renowned restaurants, a fantastic nightlife for after the kiddies have gone to sleep, sports for all ages and festivals on the calendar year round. Greater Miami is part of a network of barrier islands, coral rock, swamps and 100-year old Banyan trees that dot the causeways, bridges and highways.

Catch the sea breeze off the Atlantic or head inland for a nice stay while you visit. In South Beach you can see over 800 art deco structures, first-class hotels and hostels. Biscayne Bay area has a few hotels that overlook the bay while offering the family a full line of services, including activities for the kids and some even provide babysitting so you can get away from the children while they sleep for some good old adult fun. Don’t forget to catch a cruise or two while you’re in the neighborhood!

Whether you wish to relax, hit the watersports, watch the professional sports, and play with critters or the sand.. Miami has something to offer every single person in your family so you can take away treasured memories for a lifetime.

Miami has the largest Spanish speaking population in the western hemisphere next to of course to South America. Spanish Speakers account for over 65% of Miami residents. For a tourist those are pretty bad odds to find an English speaker.

Most of the people in Miami are bilingual so I joke about not being able to find a bathroom. I lived in LA for 20 years and talked easily with the millions of Mexican Americans I went to school and worked with. But the numbers in Miami are astonishing. 67% of all Miami residents are Spanish speakers as their first language! This may be due to the fact that Miami is closer to Cuba than it is Tallahassee, the states capitol. There have been many stories in the news of Cuban immigrants defecting and transplanting to Miami.

What does this culture do for the city? Some of the best cuisine around is ropa vieja (which is shredded flank steak, tomato sauce), with black beans and yellow rice. If you have not tried it and go to Miami, this should be your dish of choice. Cuban influence has also drastically affected government and politics in the region as well. 3 current city commissioners wear the name Hernandez, Sanchez, and Gonzalez, including the mayor of the city, Manuel Diaz. Hispanic culture has influenced Miami culture in a huge way. In addition the buildings are Spanish style like Havana, and even though there are a lot of Colombians, and Puerto Ricans, Miami is mostly Cuban.

Miami is a beautiful port city with an accelerating economy and growth. The Cuban influence started in the 80′s and 90′s and has now been embraced by Miami residents and forever embedded in the Scar Face minds of the American public. Before we are quick to judge the cultural differences between us, and what we are forced with, let us think about what the people of Cuba have done for our great city and why it is so cool to be an El Norte de Cuban, Spanish or not.

Miami is regarded as one of the most vibrant cities in America. It is full of tall magnificent buildings towering up into the sky, while along side are nestled much smaller modest buildings reflecting the architecture of an earlier generation. Miami was originally a tangled jungle and it owes its birth to the determination of Julia Tuttle to tame it. She managed to persuade the rail road barons that Miami was a place worth developing on account of its beauty and climate. As a result they extended their railroads all the way south to Miami and the modern Miami was created as a direct result.

Miami is a vast sprawling city that reaches down as far as Florida City and Homestead, a distance of 25 miles to the south. It then reaches as far north as Fort Lauderdale.
